mandate, overseeing mission‑critical engineering systems across a Southeast Asia corporate portfolio, based in
Singapore
. You will be the regional technical authority for critical environments, safeguarding uptime, resilience and risk control for a high‑stakes corporate client across multiple markets.
What you will lead:
Own the reliability and performance of electrical, mechanical, HVAC/ACMV and life safety systems across sites in SEA. Set and enforce engineering standards, maintenance strategies and operational controls that drive high availability and operational continuity across the region. Provide governance over engineering designs, method statements and work plans from vendors, QPs, PEs, LEWs and consultants, ensuring no new operational risk is introduced.
