Technical Services Manager (Site-Based)
Position Description
The Barrick Africa & Middle East Team are seeking to recruit a Technical Services Manager (site-based role).
You will be expected to align to the Barrick DNA and to operate within our mining assets and with our teams. You will contribute in a safe and cost-effective manner towards achieving targets in accordance with Mine Safety Standards, Policies and Procedures.
Responsibilities 
Responsible for effective delivery Mine Planning (short & long-term), Survey, Geotechnical, and Ventilation Sections within the Technical Services Department.
Prepare and operate within annual cost budgets for Technical Services reporting on cost variations as required.
Manage a diverse range of key site technical functions to support daily mine operations through optimisation and development of strategies and plans to enhance production and the mine plans.
