This role focuses on proactive talent sourcing, market mapping, candidate generation, and pipeline development to support current and future hiring requirements.

Technical Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development

Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates for technical, digital, IT, fintech, software engineering, cybersecurity, cloud, data, product, and technology-related positions.

Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for high-demand and hard-to-fill technical roles, ensuring a continuous flow of qualified candidates.
