Key Responsibilities:
Assess plant equipment and identify wear, abrasion, and corrosion challenges
Design and specify wear lining solutions (ceramic, rubber, polyurethane, composite linings)
Recommend and oversee corrosion protection systems and industrial coatings
Plan and supervise site installations and maintenance projects
Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to specification
Conduct site inspections, audits, and troubleshooting
Engage with clients, present technical solutions, and provide ongoing support
Collaborate with engineering teams to develop cost-effective and durable solutions
Requirements:

National Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or similar
3–6 years’ experience in: Wear lining / liner systems, Corrosion protection / industrial coatings, Bulk materials handling or mining environments

Experience on mining or heavy industrial sites (essential)
