3. To plan and dismantle daily tasks to subordinate.
4. Conduct training to Subordinate to enhance better skill.
5. To assist superior in work planning, designing when necessary
6. Ensure all machines are in good and safe working condition. Report to superior if found any abnormalities.
7. To ensure all subordinates follow strict guidelines of the company in discipline, OHSAS, ISO, Quality.
8. To maintain & update stock and spare parts regularly to avoid long down time is case of machine breakdown and need replacement.
9. To do any task assigned by superior.
