Responsibilities - Maintain machines to meet production output and other metrics such as quality and waste.
- Perform preventive maintenance – cleaning, service, and replacement.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot machine and tool failures to satisfy production targets, safety, and quality standards/specifications.
- Execute product/machine changeovers on the line by tool/die change and machine set‑up.
- Initiate, implement, and follow‑up on machine enhancement projects.
- Write standard work instructions/procedures for assigned operations/processes.
