• Plan, execute and record PMS tasks and surveys with zero overdue tolerance, ensuring reliability trends are identified early
• Conduct daily review of vessel technical reports to detect failure trends and degradation patterns before breakdown
• Maintain alignment with Asset Uptime Risk Register and vessel priorities
• Raise, investigate and close Failure Reports within required timelines with full supporting evidence (PRO- )
• Lead NCR, CoPQ and structured Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to eliminate repeat failures and improve system reliability
