Ensure vessels meet required technical standards and performance metrics. Systematically update and store certification and documentation for vessels. Efficiently implement the planned maintenance system. Prepare, arrange, and manage vessel surveys, including class and statutory requirements. Manage and monitor dry-docking processes and other essential repair and maintenance tasks. Review the performance of vessel crews and promote continuous improvement. Develop and manage the technical budget for vessels. Perform additional tasks as assigned. Requirements
