Track vessel performance and fuel consumption through onboard systems and AMOS or equivalent planned maintenance software
Approve technical budgets, expenditures, and purchase requisitions for vessels under management
Liaise closely with classification societies, flag state authorities, and port state control to keep vessel certification valid
Conduct scheduled ship visits and inspections to assess vessel condition, with particular attention to cargo handling, inert gas, and tank cleaning systems
