Responsible for ensuring operational procedures, policies and standards and monitoring of such are followed by the team, and taking corrective actions in cases where they are not followed.
Provide technical supervision to team members to ensure that assigned tasks are being completed to required standards.
Ensures that all Health and Safety procedures are implemented and followed on the assigned site.
Identifying risks on the site and reporting them to EHS Team for corrective action.
Coordination of the site teams to ensure service coverage and qualitative work as per Clients expectations.
Evaluate team’s performance, in order to identify development areas and in line with Company performance review process.
Determine the required technical support and provide recommendations to the Facilities Manager relating to identified technical / maintenance issues for review by the Client.
