Join Ripple Treasury as a Technical Support Analyst and take the lead in client support. Your technical expertise will resolve issues and enhance the client experience in the treasury management space.
This role is designed for a proactive individual who excels in troubleshooting and prioritizing complex client requests. You’ll serve as a trusted partner, collaborating with Customer Success and Engineering teams. From managing payment connectivity to providing insights, you'll contribute to the evolution of our SaaS offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and resolve client issues promptly
• Interface directly with clients to communicate solutions
• Prioritize and manage incoming support requests
• Monitor payment formats and system connectivity
• Ensure reliable support during weekends and holidays
Requirements:
• Background in B2B technical support in SaaS
• Comfort with APIs and complex system navigation
• Proficiency in SQL and reporting tools
