Job Summary
We are seeking customer support agents with certified expertise in Autodesk’s AutoCAD, Revit, and 3DS Max product lines. This role supports B2B customers in architecture, engineering, construction (AEC), and design visualization domains.
Agents will handle installation, activation, licensing, and entry-level technical queries, as well as assist users with foundational workflows across drafting, BIM modeling, and visualization.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Respond to customer queries via chat, email, or phone for AutoCAD, Revit, and 3DS Max.
• Support customers with product installation, activation, registration, and licensing.
