Technical Consultant is responsible for debugging and resolving the functional and technical issues reported by UAT/Live client reported issues. Essential duties of the position: Minimum 4 years of experience in Technical Support using MS-SQL & Java Provide technical support and assistance to customers. Debug and troubleshoot the issues raised by multiple users/internal stakeholders and identify the bugs and raise them to the product team for getting fixed. Guide the users of the application/product for solutions. Analyze the system logs and error messages to pinpoint the problems. Use of MS-SQL to find the engineering configuration issues. Identify and suggest workaround solutions wherever possible. Create and maintain documentation on common issues and solutions.
