We are seeking a proactive, high performing Technical Support Engineer to provide technical and maintenance support on consumer electronics testing equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure the testing equipment is properly maintained, updated, and calibrated according to the corresponding proceduresTroubleshoot testing equipment hardware and fix failures in a timely mannerParticipate in quality studies, root cause analysis if repetitive failure of products occurs during productionTest new procedures and applications and provide detailed technical feedbackDocument, record and archive measurement data pertaining to product parameters and process control performanceProvide training and support to equipment usersRequired Skills
