Position Overview

Technical Support Engineer Responsibilities
  • Assist the sales team with technical support and pre‑sales inquiries
  • Provide technical support and solutions to customers
  • Conduct product testing to better understand product features and performance
  • Provide product training to internal staff and customers
  • Handle after‑sales technical support including troubleshooting and warranty claims
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or above in Engineering or related fields
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Able to translate technical knowledge into practical solutions
  • Able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
  • Experience in related industry will be an advantage
