Responsibilities

• Support Regional Sales Managers and Account Managers in achieving sales objectives and revenue targets.
• Create, review, and manage commercial and technical sales offers, quotations, and proposals.
• Maintain and update sales opportunities, leads, and customer records within SAP CRM/C4C.
• Monitor the sales pipeline and proactively follow up on leads, opportunities, and pending customer actions.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate pricing, technical compliance, and timely delivery of proposals.
• Track bid submissions, proposal deadlines, and customer requirements.
• Act as a primary support resource for customer inquiries related to quotations, product information, and order status.
