Responsibilities

1. Technical Enablement & Training – Develop and execute training and assessment programs to enhance pre‑sales and post‑sales capabilities for local partners in Malaysia on products such as ZW3D and ZWCAD. Establish tracking records to monitor progress and empower partner growth.

2. Sales Pre‑Sales Support & SOP Extension – generate pre‑sales solutions and deliver product value demonstrations for end customers in Malaysia's manufacturing (MFG) industry, targeting products including ZW3D and ZWCAD, to drive business process advancement. And finally Enable to the Local Partner like Point 1.

3. Product Application, Implementation & SOP Extension – Lead the deployment of ZW3D, ZWCAD, and related products for key accounts in Malaysia, including product onboarding, application training, and after‑sales guidance.
