Job Description:
Installs, configures, troubleshoots and ensures maintenance of products under his/her team as listed in the approved list of supported products.
Provides accurate and reliable resolutions to problems of the client.
Handles customer complaints and elevates critical decisions to supervisors if decision is not within authority.
Ensures that engineer’s activity is according to the approved support guidelines.
Compiles and submits accomplishment reports to Supervisor.
Documents processes and system configuration.
