We are hiring a Technical Support Engineer to be the first technical responder for Pollax customers and improve the product based on what you see.

Compensation: Competitive, based on experience
What you will do
Triage and resolve customer-reported technical issues
Debug API, integration, and configuration problems with customers
Reproduce bugs and file detailed reports to engineering
Improve customer-facing documentation and runbooks
Build internal tools that reduce repeat support load
Required qualifications
Comfort debugging REST APIs and reading server logs
