Position Overview

Responsibilities

  1. 1.Proactively learning about products and technology from the headquarter, understanding end customers' requirements, and being capable of conducting comparisons and effectively approaching customers to provide value-added solutions.
  2. 2. Participate in exhibitions and conduct technical presentations for customers and distributors.
  3. 3. Participate in technical evaluations, use data to provide convincing reports, and possess strong skills in PPT presentations.
  4. 4. Provide consultation services to customers and distributors regarding any AOI programming, either remotely through TeamViewer or on-site.
  5. 5. Troubleshoot and repair equipment, utilize personal knowledge and experience to resolve problems.
  6. 6. Write detailed reports of encountered problems, performed tests, and complete work.
  7. 7. Actively listen, understand and convey customer requirements, and implement any necessary corrective actions...
