**Technical Support Engineer (PowerScale)**

**What you’ll achieve**

As a Technical Support Engineer for Powerscale Support, you will be responsible for delivering advanced technical support and resolving complex issues related to Dell PowerScale (Isilon) storage systems. You will work with enterprise customers and cross-functional teams on high-impact storage and data management technologies, ensuring system performance, availability, and customer satisfaction.

**You will:**

+ Provide L1 technical support, troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, and performance issues across PowerScale (Isilon) environments.
+ Analyze logs, telemetry, and system data to identify root causes and deliver timely resolutions.
+ Act as a primary technical contact for customers, ensuring clear communication and high levels of customer satisfaction.
+ Support NAS protocols (NFS, SMB/CIFS, FTP/HTTP) and features such as SyncIQ, SnapshotIQ, SmartPools, SmartQ...
