**What you'll do**:
A.
Provide post sale and presale technical support for VFD's
B. Provide verbal and written technical support for internal and external customers
C. Effectively communicate product value proposition and product line strategies
D. Help the team meet KPI's (key performance indicators)
E. Ability to perform assigned duties in a team atmosphere while also having the ability to work independently
H. Ability to work flexible hours to support emergency customer situations

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor degree in a technical field necessary.
- Minimum customer interaction experience (3 years) on a remote support role
- English business and technical proficient
