About our client: A leading fintech company is looking for an experienced Technical Support Engineer to join their team.
Key responsibilities: · Provide L2/L3 support and manage the full lifecycle of enterprise endpoints (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android), ensuring secure, stable, and compliant environments. · Administer identity & access management (LDAP/IdP), including user lifecycle, permissions, and authentication troubleshooting. · Manage and optimize MDM platforms, including device enrollment, compliance policies, and application lifecycle management. · Design and implement automation solutions (PowerShell) to streamline EUC operations, provisioning, and reporting. · Support hybrid workforce environments while enforcing security baselines, conditional access, and regulatory requirements. · Handle incidents, audits, and operational processes, including root cause analysis, documentation, and continuous improvement.
