We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Singapore.

Responsibilities - Monitor and manage the system to ensure that all system parameters are optimum.
- Escalate to the necessary teams if there is any abnormality to the systems or if system parameters are less optimum.
- Manage number of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
