Your mission

You'll be the technical backbone behind smooth project commissioning and complex deployments across LATAM. You'll work closely with clients and cross‑functional teams from different countries diagnosing issues, building relationships, and making sure every project lands well.

What you'll own

• Guide clients through pre‑commissioning: technical assessments, third‑party device integration, testing procedures, and documentation.
• Support deployments end‑to‑end: diagnose integration issues, implement solutions, and keep projects on track without compromising quality.
• Be the voice of the customer internally, gather feedback, share lessons learned, and help make Elum's solutions sharper.
• Collaborate across borders with teams in multiple countries to ensure seamless project execution.
