Job Overview

The technical manager will be responsible for the delivery quality of the project and ensure that the technical solution is aligned with the business objectives. In addition, the technical manager is required to have both technical depth and team management ability and be able to coordinate XFN resources.


Core responsibilities

1) Project Management

  • Coordinate with product, operation and other departments to control the whole life cycle of the project (demand review, scheduling, development, testing, online).
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and drive solutions to ensure high - quality delivery.

2) Project implementation

  • Configure rules, lead technical problem solving, optimize system performance, stability and maintainability.
