• Provide technical support operations across the organization, ensuring optimal performance and uptime of IT systems and services.
• Administer, manage, and monitor desktops, laptops (domain and non-domain), printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices.
• Deliver end‑user support onsite, remotely, and over the phone for hardware, software, and network‑related issues.
