Responsibilities
- Diagnosing and fixing issues β Technical support workers diagnose and fix hardware or software issues. They may also perform regular maintenance on computers and networks.
- Providing support β Technical support workers provide support to users over the phone, in person, or via online chat or email.
- Documenting interactions β Technical support workers may generate support tickets to document their interactions with users.
- Restoring productivity β Technical support workers aim to restore productivity by addressing issues that can disrupt daily activities.
