Reports to: Customer Support Manager Location: Lahore Job Type: Full-time (Night Shift) Position Summary We are looking for a mature professional with technical background , customer service experience , and working proficiency in English to join our aftersale support team. You will primarily handle customer inquiries and technical issues via tickets (email) , supplemented by live chat and phone. In a high-pressure, high-volume environment, you are expected to remain stable, efficient, and professional. Key Responsibilities 1. Handle technical inquiries and issue reports primarily through ticket system (email) , and use live chat or phone when necessary. Perform initial diagnosis, categorization, and troubleshooting, resolving common technical issues independently.
