• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
• Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely manner.
• Document all technical issues and resolutions in the support ticketing system.
• Collaborate with other team members to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent; additional certification in IT would be a plus.
