Key Responsibilities

• Operate and oversee machines such as VR systems, gaming devices, and PCs during daily activities.
• Monitor machine performance to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
• Perform basic machine checks and routine preventive tasks to avoid downtime.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines while handling equipment.
• Report any machine errors, malfunctions, or unusual activity to supervisors or engineers.
• Coordinate with US-based engineers for remote troubleshooting and guidance.
• Maintain accurate logs of machine usage, performance, and operational status.
• Assist in managing machine-related inventory and supplies, alerting management when stock is low.
• Support overall site operations by ensuring machines are ready and available for use.
