We are looking for a curious, resourceful, and detail-oriented Tech Support Specialist interested in a management path to join our growing Tech and Product team in Barcelona.
As a Tech Support Specialist, you will act as a bridge between our clients, Customer Success teams, and Engineering organisation. You will play a key role in ensuring technical issues are identified, investigated, communicated, and resolved with high quality and speed. Beyond day‑to‑day support, you will contribute to platform reliability, release quality, tooling, and technical enablement across the organisation.
