Your Main Responsibilities Will Include
- Providing technical assistance by phone, email and video call to our international clients and installers.
- Diagnosing issues and offering effective troubleshooting remotely.
- Explaining product functionalities in a clear and professional manner.
- Collaborating with internal teams (post-sales, QA, R&D) to resolve technical cases.
- Logging support cases in an organized and accurate way.
