Job Description
**Who will you be working with?**
You will be part of the regional Technical Support and Field Services organization, working closely with Metro/Public Railway customers, local Sales teams, Wabtec Field Services, and SISCO Engineering teams. In this role, you will act as a key technical interface between customers and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
**How will you make a difference?**
As a Technical Supporter, you will support Metro/Public Railway customers by responding to technical support requests in a quality‑, cost‑, and target‑oriented manner. You will ensure strong customer relationships, provide technical expertise, support sales activities through technical insights, and contribute to maintaining Wabtec’s reputation for reliable and innovative railway solutions.
