Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging instructor‑led technical and enablement training programs to customers, partners, and internal audiences
• Maintain and update training materials to reflect product enhancements and evolving business requirements
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content remains accurate and relevant
• Design, create, and maintain hands‑on technical assessments and certification exercises
• Support scoring, evaluation, and continuous improvement of certification and partner program content
• Manage client relationships and expectations for assigned accounts

• Experience delivering technical training, software training, or enablement programs
