We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Trainer to lead technical training and workforce development initiatives within our Facilities Management operations in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with hands‑on teaching or instructional experience, preferably within Industrial Training Institutes (ITI), Technical Institutes, Polytechnics, Vocational Training Centers, or Engineering Training Academies. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering practical technical training programs for blue‑collar and technical staff, including technicians, supervisors, and operational teams across multiple FM disciplines such as Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing, Civil, and Facilities Maintenance.
