PURPOSE OF THE JOB: To provide Skills Development initiatives and continuously improve competency of our workforce in order to satisfy business needs and meet safety & legal requirements.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Grade 12/NQF4 equivalent is essential
- Relevant HR Diploma/Degree is desirable
- ISO 9001, Assessor and Moderator Certificate is essential
- Level 4 ETDP withing 2 years of appointment is essential
- Minimum of 3 years working experience as in a supervisory position within the mining environment is essential
- Must have a valid medical certificate or be medically fit in order to obtain such a certificate
