Responsibilities

• Deliver technical training to dealership technicians and aftersales teams, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles according to brand standards.
• Plan and develop the training center's infrastructure and programs.
• Design and implement aftersales training programs for the dealer network.
• Establish dealer staff training certification standards proportional to business volumes.
• Develop, prepare, and translate training materials.
• Craft and deliver training in various formats, including in-person, online, and streaming, as well as blended approaches.
