Job Summary: The Technical Trainer will be responsible for the analysis, design and delivery of training in a project delivery environment. This role ensures identified customers and employees are trained in both content knowledge and relevant skills and provides feedback on their performance. The role will meet training requirements within a program schedule by meeting business expectations, schedule timeframes, customer needs and expectations of the business. This position typically requires an ability to work autonomously and incumbents of this position will regularly exercise discretionary and substantial decision‑making authority.
