Responsible for facilitating technical trainings to the commissary group. Develop and customize learning modules based on the requirement of the company and maintains training documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree relevant to the job (Psychology or Human Resource Management / BS Food Technology or other food related courses)
- Technical training and/or related to manufacturing systems and process management is preferred
- With at least 1-year relevant experience on the position gained from any food manufacturing/services industry
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Knowledgeable in Training and Development processes, tools, and techniques
- Knowledgeable in conducting training on the following: FSSC, GMP, Basic Food Safety, etc.
- Adept in the development of training modules
