Responsibilities

• The Technical Training Supervisor for Chery is responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating technical training programs for service technicians, service advisors, parts consultants and other dealerships personnel.


• This role ensures the skills and competencies are on company standards, supports continuous skills development, and strengthens service quality across the dealer network.
