Technical Writer, Mecaplan

We are seeking a Technical Writer to work full‑time on customer projects within our South & West team, based mainly in Helsinki, Turku, and Tampere. The role is hybrid, with at least half the week spent at the customer’s site and a monthly meeting at Mecaplan’s office.

Responsibilities

• Update existing technical manuals and create new ones.
• Write clear technical texts and design illustrations.
• Produce simple technical drawings, block diagrams, circuit diagrams, graphs, and, where required, installation images or animations.
• Collaborate with 1–2 Mecaplan employees per project and adapt tasks to the team’s needs.
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously with good organizational and project‑management skills.
