Position Overview

Define and own the enterprise-wide documentation strategy, including content architecture, tools, and standards. 
Lead the planning and execution of large-scale documentation projects for major product launches or platform overhauls. 
Mentor, coach, and provide leadership to a team of technical writers. 
Establish and govern the information architecture and content models for all technical documentation. 
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support leadership to identify documentation needs and priorities. 
Champion and implement innovative documentation practices, such as Docs-as-Code, and measure content effectiveness through analytics. 
Serve as the lead writer and editor for the most complex and critical documentation. 
Develop a deep understanding of user personas and tailor content strategies to meet their needs.
