QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Grade 12 and relevant qualification or certification
• Previous working experience as Technical Writer or a similar role in a software development environment
• Previous working experience in the creation of technical documents for software products, which may include text, diagrams, workflows, and visuals
• Previous working experience in the review and refinement of existing technical documents
• Good understanding of the SDLC and software development
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office, specifically Advanced Word
