Job Description
The Technical Writer/Documentation Specialist will produce high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of our products. They will join a team that works collaboratively with engineering, quality, product managers, and usability experts to make products user-friendly.
Responsibilities

+ Independently gather information from engineering and production personnel to design, organize, and generate clear technical work instructions for electromechanical device assembly.

+ Partner closely with manufacturing team members on the floor to fully understand the physical build process.

+ Capture clear, high-quality photographs of critical assembly details to integrate into documentation.

+ Collaborate with technicians and engineers to compile data, authoring comprehensive operator’s manuals, detailed user guides, and technical manuals for end-users of automation work cells.
