Job Responsibilities
Conduct maintenance service in accordance to allocation
Conduct major maintenance or repair job in accordance to respective skill level and training matrix
Assist Service Advisor in vehicle inspection
Assist Service Manager in warranty investigations
Ensure all necessary steps such as fender cover, seat cover, etc are used before commencing any service maintenance or repair job
Ensure the job is carried out by using appropriate hand tools and special service tools (SST)
Conduct electrical and mechanical diagnostic or troubleshooting
Ensure good quality job according to Isuzu standards in order to reduce/eliminate comeback jobs
Assist on-site service such as customers’ premise if necessary
Attend related training as assigned
Handle any ad-hoc tasks assigned
Ensure the working bays and surrounding areas always clean and free from clutter
