Job Description & Responsibilities Our client offers a comprehensive facilities maintenance and technical infrastructure management, with consistent record of reliable performance
- Attend to assigned Work Orders within the stipulated time as per SOP
- Monitor and rectify any abnormalities on critical systems as per SOP
- Carry out any other ad-hoc project, assignment, maintenance or repair work assigned
- Daily updating of status of outstanding Work Orders
- Daily checking of system checklists
- Any other ad-hoc assignments as assigned
- Comply with uniform dress code while working and maintain a neat and clean appearance while on the property at all times
Requirements - BCA SEC(k)/ Coretrade in Electrical or mechanical trade preferred, or NITEC in M&E disciplines with at least 4 years of relevant facilities maintenance experience
