DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

To provide video/audio/webcasting services and operate the relevant equipment in support to all internal and external meetings and conferences (mono and multi-lingual) held at the UN City (common service to all UN Agencies hosted therein), as well as WHO meetings held outside Regional Office and in other countries.

Key duties:

1. Planning, organization and implementation of audio/video/webcasting and relevant technical support to meetings, conferences and other events. 

a. Manages proactively the operation of the conference halls AV and interpretation systems and all other equipment (cameras, microphones and amplifiers, presentation screens, broad/webcast equipment, projectors, tele- and videoconferencing equipment, stage lights), ensuring both preventive (pre-meeting) and regular maintenance.
