Technician – Dermatology, Veterinary Medical Centre

Primary Purpose: This position is designed to provide technical assistance to clinicians and undergraduate students essential to the provision of dermatology services for animals presented to or in the care of the Veterinary Medical Centre.

Nature of Work: The incumbent in this position will report to the Manager of Health Services and will assist in all technical aspects of the dermatology service. During periods of low activity or high demand this individual may be assigned to other areas within the Veterinary Medical Centre. Subject to unpredictability of working with animals, both large and small, as animal handling and manipulation is a constant part of the position.
