The Building Technician will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and general upkeep of buildings within our facilities.
Job Description Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks on buildings, including structural elements, interior and exterior finishes, doors and windows, flooring, and other building components.
Building Work - Carpentry work – repair, rehung door, repair/replace lockset, replace door/window accessories
- Installation of partition/ceiling, repainting.
- Floor finishes – carpet, vinyl and timber work.
- Install and test new products, as well as demonstration to clients on the use and maintenance of installed equipment.
Plumbing & Sanitary Work - Repair leakage.
- Replace sanitary parts.
- Part ordering for repairs as needed.
Requirements - Minimum 2 years and above in Facilities Management environment.
